Waited 4 hours for oil change and 60,000 mile maintenance check and I had a 11:00 appointment. Changed cabin and air filter. Thought he ordered cabin filter but didn't and while on test drive, one of the employees ended up picking it up in my car. They only had 2 employees working Friday. Next time I will call to make sure they have at least 3 people working. I usually only wait no more than 2 hours. Friendly people though.

The technician's are not to be trusted. Just went in for a tire rotation since my husband just had surgery and they told me I needed front and rear brake pads and rotors. I told them no and with my man healed, he pulled the wheels to investigate. Both sets of pads were only 50% worn and rotors were in great shape. Don't trust these guys trying to sell you work that isn't required!

Excellent customer service! Our Honda CRV was finished on time and well done. Had an oil change with synthetic oil and the mechanic discovered a leaking oil gasket. Everything was fixed and now I'm back on the road to commute 120 miles/ five days a week.

I liked that the San Marcos, CA location made an appointment for me over the phone on the day I called for a price that was $65 less than another quote for the same service, then checked me in on time and got the job done quickly with friendly professional staff. I will return to Pep Boys again!

Tom, Arnie and Big Mike took great care of me and my vehicle. We pretty much resolved the issue and they did all they could to help. I will return when I have any need of this type service.
Your organization needs to invest more in the facility cleaning service, eg. the floors in the office and restroom areas.

On the evening of June 17th I googled Batteries looking for a new Nissan Murano battery and ended up on the Pep Boy's Web Site. The ability to compare multiple batteries was very informative in making my decision. Batteries are heavily discounted now because of the Covid. I purchased it On-Line and on the website you can schedule a Free Installation time at the store you purchased the battery from. Bing Bam Boom Done???

It took almost three hours to get an oil change and tire rotation even with an appointment after I was told it would be "about an hour". They also failed to update the current mileage as my invoice still showed the mileage they recorded on my previous visit in May. New staff??? They really missed the mark this time.
