Had to replace a tire on Saturday morning before work. The salesman did everything in his power to get tire from another store . Actually ended up having to get it from warehouse because store did not have it. He worked his magic and got me in and out of there with my new tire in about 2 hrs. Really appreciate that level of concern and attention. Highly recommend

More reasonable prices than other shops. I performed every other fluid change recently on my truck and they performed the last two brake and power steering fluid flush. I liked the counter guy and prices were better than another tire and service center right across the street.

They did a diagnostic of my vehicle and were able to get to the root cause of my car's problem. What I was most impressed about was the time it took to get it donemy vehicle was ready the next day. When I did experience a problem, I called them up and brought the vehicle backthey had the issue resolved and ready for pickup within hours. So far, my experience has been positive.

$83.00 oil change with a 25% coupon! Full synthetic, yes, but even less expensive at Toyota dealer. Most irritating is that they obviously didn't use protection for seat or floor as visible grease stains on both. Fortunately I have seat covers but even after machine washing didn't come out. Overall disappointed with store I've been using for several years.

I went to several mechanical shops to see what was wrong with my truck and all of them told me different things but when I brought it to this mechanic, they were very knowledgeable and told me straight up what it was without breaking the bank. Thanks again for doing a great job and will be back if I have any issues with my other vehicles. Highly recommend this shop for all your repairs.

Service is always excellent at PepBoys in Saint Cloud. May a appointment the day before got there they took the car wright in service the car did a full inspection of the vehicle rotation tires got $20 dollars off. The two guys at the service desk very pleasant to take too.

Went in on Wednesday to obtain a quote and schedule appointment for new tires. Received recommendation and after review liked the recommended tires. Scheduled appointment and left. When I arrived for my appointment they forgot to order the tires they recommended. They gave me a great deal on the tires I originally wanted and had me in and out. Despite the mix up I will go back.
