I had the Manager Special: Oil change Tire rotation and new wipers,Everything was great until I notice they didn't rotate the tire but they corrected, But when I got home to pickup my wife I grab my phone to charge it where my charger? gone look all over the car it's always plug in. Why would someone steal a phone charger like we wouldn't miss it. SMH

Went to PepBoys recently because I just remembered I needed to get inspected and I was ecstatic they had availability. I sat down and waited patiently. There was only one customer in the store but I knew the wait would take about an hour. All I needed was wiper fluid which I did myself having some in the trunk.

Axel boot broke Pep Boys had to order. I had to be out by noon ( its about 9:30 ) And like the champion they are I was out by 11:35 ... Service and staff are great. Funny thing is I gave up my regular mechanic that I was going to for long time... Sorry Thanks Pep Boys

Careless people who reverse my Audi Q7 and crash with other customer car but they ignore as nothing happened. If they can watch the replay CCTV video timeline in between 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at June 14, 2025. The crash video is revealed. But they don't want to take responsibility. Horrible service ever.
