While they fixed the radiator, they overcharged me, left pieces of my car off. I had to return 3 times for them to fix a problem due to them leaving pieces off my vehicle. I will never go back and still found screws that where on my car missing. My bumper was offset and none of these things where wrong with my car when I took it to them.

I was disappointed with the service because the previous tires I purchased from Pep Boys failed after only approximately 27k miles (less than 10 months) and had a 40k warranty. The warranty only covered 25% of the purchase of new tires. I felt like I was taken for a ride with the purchase of poor quality of tires.

I was thankful that I could get in and be seen same-day after I noticed the A/C system issue. At the time, I was pleased with the service provided and the quality of the work that was done, but that work soon began to fade and the A/C issues returned. That was not unexpected, but I was surprised to find out later that my problem had been misdiagnosed and the appropriate fix was never discussed. However, I did bring my vehicle back the next day to have the tires replaced and I was extremely pleased with that process.

Incorrect diagnosis for an issue that was stated they could fix. Check engine light remained after part replaced. No resolution. Labor is seriously overcharged for such a mistake. Over $400 in labor fees for a simple part replacement and was wrong. This is the second this location has disappointed me and wasted my money. I will not be returning, especially if it's for something major. Update: The business has contacted me and opened case ID 211844. I am open to discussing this matter in detail anytime.
