There was damage to my front right fender after pick up, missing valve stem caps and my tire pressure was all over the place. 1 tire had 18 psi, 1 with 47 psi, 1 with 38 psi, 1 at 26.

Overall good experience. Got a free oil change by signing up for the pep card which was great because i was able to use the card to pay for my tires and get 12 months no interest financing. I was satisfied with the work done just thought it took a little too long. Five hours for new tires, alignment, and oil change.

The employees at this Pep Boys location were friendly however, I don't understand the concept of making people schedule appointments and not see them when they arrive. My appointment was for 10am, but they did not service my car until 3.5 hours later. I was late for an appointment because of this and it was extremely overwhelming.

Ordered tires online, but request was canceled not by me. Finally got through to person on the phone. It took me 2 phone calls to make sure the tires were actually ordered. The manager got the tires installed as soon as possible to make up for goofs made when I ordered the tires. I appreciated that.
