Had a battery put in and the tech did not do it right. Having a big pickup stop dead in an intersection was not fun. Having to push a truck down the road
by an 81 year old man is not too good also. After about a dozen times when the truck just shut down, I did manage to get it back to Pep Boys and another tech had the one who did the job watch him do it right. What a wonderful teaching opportunity. Truck runs fine so far.

Oil change done. The service was fast and sufficient. The sales person was nice. The location was a bit run down and could definitely use an upgrade. Service tech didn't reset the truck oil life.

Terrible experience! Took my car for an oil change and less than 12 hours later engine threw a rod. Contacted a Toyota dealer and was told not enough oil was likely put back in car causing engine to overheat and throw a rod. Lawsuit worthy.

Horrible. Didn't find the problem and wanted to over charge me for something costing 5 dollars. Also car was left for entire day until called later on asking about car saying i was the first they heard about my car.
