This was the 1st and last time I go yo pep boys! The women at the front desk were kind and professional. I came in to do an oil change which usually costs me around $65., here cost me $88! I had asked to check my brakes, I was expecting to need them soon. I was quoted over $900. for pads and 2 rotors! I ordered my own parts and had another mechanic install for me $500. complete!

Over all the service was what it needed to be however I was quoted a time of 20 mins and it took 1 hr from check in to completed also my name was mis-spelled without verifying the correct spelling which is a big issue for me as I have an extremely super common name that is know worldwide.

They figured out the problem quickly. Something was left disconnected by the previous mechanic that worked on the car which caused the EVAP system to not be able to maintain pressure. I was charged for Diagnostics which is costly, but effective.
