Pep Boys is no longer the company it once was. The retail auto parts experience has been shut down and that was what the Pep Boys was founded on back in 1921. The service sucked and I give one star because they won't let me go lower. Save yourself angst and aggravation and find somewhere else to take care of your vehicle and your nerves.

It took 6 visits to 2 different Pep Boys locations to finally get the squealing to stop. On the last visit it started squealing again before I even got out of the parking lot. It's been 3 weeks with no noise. They said they replaced the front and rear brakes and rotors hopefully it stays quiet this time. Customer service at the Rivers location was great though. Very friendly staff.

Exceptional customer service. Was on the fence about getting all four tires replaced because of my financial situation. Eventually ended up getting at least 2 tires and the alignment which saved a little at that moment. Will definitely be back for the rear tires in the near future!

I brought it in for a check of the Ford Dealers work and an alignment. It was making a noise like something was loose, it was mid-diagnosed but they found and fixed the problem all in a few hours time. Good folks just wish I would have avoided unneeded service but it's good for my truck anyway.
