Appointment times online are not in sync with the actual shop schedule thereby creating a snafu and 4 hour wait time for a simple tire rotation and courtesy vehicle check. No fault of on-site staff nevertheless suffer the wrath of dysfunctionality more than likely done by overzealous corporate oversight and lack of accountability.

I didn't like the fact that they were trying to pressure me into getting some kind of additional alignment that was going to cost me up to $350 just remove some bolts. I am not sure exactly what's up with pep boys but I have heard they overcharge. I took my car for tires because I can have it done while i'm at work and not sit in a waiting area for hours on end.

Went in for tire repair and oil change. As I was leaving I noticed I had not been charged for oil change opps they forgot. Had to Waite til tech return from lunch to finish job. Other than the delay they got me in and out without an appointment so I appreciate that.

He let me do it later
He even assisted me. For his going the extra mile, I offered to buy him a coke or something
He said he couldn't take anything but he was glad he could help

I was there for almost 2 hours just to get bulbs replaced on the rear lights. It was 730am and I'm waiting for someone to come in at 8am. That person didn't show up so I had to wait for the person to come in at 9am. I started to head out back to Georgia and have them replaced on the road. This was ridiculous.
