Awful experience, the manager Mark Russell was very mean and offered no accommodation after they replaced they broke my locking lug nut key, did not replace the lug nuts on my car and replaced the wrong tire. He is a horrible manager and needs to take a class on guest recovery and interaction.

They say they check brake and tire thickness but they don't. They checked my wife's brakes in June and said they were 5, they checked them this time and they are magically 6. Tires were the same way, somehow gained tread on a tire between June and September. So I can't recommend this shop to people. I wonder how many customers they have duped in the past using this shady tactic

Online scheduling is very convenient. Just with everything ,seems to be a lot of turnover (besides the mechanic which I've seen there a lot). Just needed a tire rotation and I purchased my tires through a package at Pepboys. The office person couldn't find a record of my purchase (6 months earlier) in their computer system. Luckily I keep receipts and they did honor the tire rotation with the tire package.

When I first made my appointment & dropped off my car, it was not logged in as being dropped off, and my car was not fixed on the day it was supposed to be. I spoke to Brandon, and he handled everything perfectly for me. He scheduled me an appointment the next day & took care of everything I needed done. He was extremely professional & helpful. Brandon is an asset to your company & I think he would make a great manager for this site.

We have gone to pep boys for both our suv and truck. They are courteous and efficient. The only negative is they did not wipe off the new tires after installation this last time. There was something greasy all over the rims/tires.
