Waited 3 hrs and had to go to the service desk to find out if my car was ready??? Also they did not apply a coupon I had they told me it was apply at the end of the visit and the guy who help me at the end told me it should have been put at the beginning
Obviously very lost!!!! Not happy
They left a tool inside my car that I found today and left the dirty paper inside the car!!

The worst customer service in the world. I scheduled my appointment twice and when I went to the store they cancelled because didn't have man-power to do the service.
They just cancel your appointments without prior notice. I definitely won't back to any Pep stores.

Went in for a battery replacement & am very satisfied with my experience. The staff was honest and attentive. I appreciate that there was not a long waiting time, even though they were very busy. Their pricing was comparable to local competitors and they honored a coupon I had.

Bryan, Steven, & Julio are excellent service managers, observing timely appointments...My only complaint is a shop rag was inadvertently left inside the engine compartment & the vehicle inspection report was in error, showing non-existent issues, such as a low battery reading showing a recommendation for battery replacement, when in fact it was only one month old...

Bad service, I was in pep boy for 3 hour for this service. They charge me 120 , which includes a fuel cleaner , I never saw the mechanic put in this product to my car . Tire rotation, they charged but the mechanic only inspect the tire. Place its Derry and staff unprofessional. After all I will never come back to this place .2301 SW 8th St

Nerves called me to let me kno my car was ready, I had to call them. Quoted me $800 for a break job, then told me the best they could do was $650 seemed a little questionable so I did not get my breaks done there. Slightly unwelcoming as there were homeless people sleeping out front blocking the entrance way. The people were nice , but I will most likely never go to that pep boys again

Great service.I like to see when they do the service to my car.If you like cars and you care about yours;it's a different experience to see the whole service instead of your car being taken inside a workshop and you can't see what is going on.The fuel system cleaning was awesome and my car performance better.They checked my brakes for Free.
