They truly went above and beyond. I had them do some fixes to some fuel issues a while back. Well, I notice more fuel issues and asked to have it looked at and fixed. Korey had the issue fixed quickly and took very good care of me. Im impressed by the service they provided.

Had no problem with the Civic. Had my 2006 Tundra in the day before for the same service and they said I needed a new radiator. Took it to the shop Ive dealt with for years and they couldn't find a leak anywhere or signs that there had been one. Sounded to me like Pep Boys was trying to rip me off. I wasn't happy as it cost me time to get a second opinion as well as I looked into how much it would cost to do it myself.

After staff evaluation, vehicle deficiencies were observed in tires, shocks, struts as well as needed oil change. All were taken care of. Staff also found a bargain on in buy 3 get 1free Kumho tires. Car rides smoothly and rolls nicely.
