This is one of the best shops in Lubbock. I had taken the vehicle to another shop for a front end alignment and had to go back twice and it still was not right. Pep Boys found that the right front Tie Rods were bad and replaced them. You would think that the other shop would have seen this! I highly recommend this shop.

When i called the representative was very helpful. When I went in there was a tall big guy that was not helpful at all.. Then another guy came on and it ended up being the guy a had spoken on the phone with. He cane and helped me and was helpful and friendly. Took care of my card needs and I did appreciate that.

I made an appointment online to have my oil changed. On the day of the appointment, I arrived a little early, but they were able to get me in as soon as I got there. I spent minimal time waiting. They had no issues with my coupon either. Will definitely be back.

We purchased online and the following day, my husband picked up the battery. He changed it himself and returned to the location the next day where they checked to ensure it was connected properly.
