Took one hour to replace one TPM. Not bad considering they had to have someone go and get the part from the local Cadillac dealership. Was a little expensive but I like the 6 month warranty on the TPM. Any issues and I just go back and they fix it. This is my fav spot for tire repair and sometimes new tires. Friendly and knowledgeable staff here.

Amenities for Customers POOR...TV location terrible, no coffee like there was before, water fountain looks like it hasn't been cleaned. Restroom for customers is pretty much non existent.

My car went missing for 4 days and they did not notice nor did they notify me that it was gone. They only noticed when I called for an update. They refused to take any responsibility. I located my vehicle and had to have it towed back to them and only completed repairs their because I had already signed and agreed to do so and would have lost money. I will never have any repairs done with them again.

And I went to another place and I paid only 950.00 including the gas fríon with life time warranty for the compressor and labor

Unprofessional individuals, rude, didn't attend nor answer our questions calmly. Everyone looked like they didn't want to be there. Had to take my car back after getting an oil change because it was leaking oil. Forced to go the next day and still waited in line. Once they fixed it they threw my keys in front of me and told I was good .

Communication was poor. Part of the service appointment was to replace the battery, I paid for the battery replacement, but the new battery was never installed. I returned 3 weeks later and they replaced the battery, but when they said the service was complete the car wouldn't start and the battery wasn't programmed.
