They wrecked my car on Monday while it was in their care. They informed me they would pay my rental and get my vehicle fixed. No response until Thursday after I called my insurance. My insurance deemed it totaled and still no accountability on their end.

I went in believing I had battery or alternator issues but after some quick tests, it seems the problem was all in my mind: the battery and charging system checked out great. It's now left up to me to remember to start my car every week or so to ensure that all the onboard "conveniences" don't discharge the battery. Thanks for great service and for not gouging me for a battery I don't need!

MJ is always helpful, as are all the front desk associates. I usually come in for quick fixes that crop up and I get excellent service and usually speedy service when possible.
Side note: I stopped going to the Ford Dealership, just down the road. Ford service staff are not friendly and seem to care very little about my time.

The day before the service, labor day, I stopped by to see if I could have a flat repaired, due to early holiday hours, I was too late. Due to an emergency I asked the store manager, Thomas, if he can refer me to a quick fix flat tire repair, which he did, since I was not familiar with the area. As a result of his assistance, I returned the next day to purchase 4 new Continental tires.

Great service. Although I had an appointment, I was told to my satisfaction that it would take a few hours. I was kept informed and was asked if I wanted an oil change because it was coming due. I advised the service advisor I always take it to the dealership for that. All my experiences at Pep Boys have been nothing but great.

The service took over an hour. Pep boys advertise tire rotation with their oil change. I asked the tech did you rotate my tires, he said we only rotate the tire if they need it. I asked specifically to have my tires rotated but I guess they decide if they want to. FYI the quoted me $100 I presented a coupon for 25% off and the price was still $100. That's crazy high for an oil change.

They had one tire at $89 then if I wasn't 4 tires they were $300 each. Which the guy even said was not as good as the $89. Then when I asked if there were four tires around that price they had more expensive tire that were even worse. They lacked the ability to make me feel confident in my choise, took for ever to give a quote and didn't seem to care or even try. Terrible service l, I won't be back.

I went there for an oil change, the car was finished. I proceeded to go home. The oil light popped on so I returned back to the shop. They told me they computer did not put in enough oil, but dont you check the dipstick before you give the customer back the car and see if there was enough oil in it.
