Horrible experience they did not balance my tires but I was charged and the staff is very rude. My car pulls to the driver side now and bounces, the worst experience I've had ever. Highly disappointed and will never go back

Original brake service was not perform correctly in March , brought it back to Pep Boys to get the brakes checked, they serviced it and when I picked up the Atlas it had an Alert on the Dash (Fault: parking brake error) they told me to go back in the morning to get it check, Atlas was not braking properly, once home the parking brake locked , they had damged the parking brake switch

I had life time wheel alignment balance and rotation. When I went up to the counter they wanted to charge me then it took then like twenty minutes to find the invoice that I had already paid for everything out was a waist my time all because they file system doesn't work correctly
I hope they fix the way they manage their file system

It was okay. I was there for about 2 to 3 hours in the waiting room. They didnt mention how long the tire rotation would take. They only have the service department open at this PepBoys location. Not store to browse or purchase from. It looks empty and sad.
