Because of my circumstances, I had to wait for my car. It would have been nice to have access to a drink other than a water fountain, and have access to the TV.
The service itself was great! They were able to address my issues and get me all set up. I will definitely use their services again.
The waiting room gets a 2, the service is a 5.

They didn't take my car in till 45 minutes past my appointment time.
The place was a mess, construction going on in the building couldn't find the main desk, no signs and very loud.
They charged me for things we did not discuss. I had my serpentine belt replaced and was also charged for an alternator belt replacement and my car does not have one. Also another item I did not request.

The Pep Boys staff are friendly and easier to deal with then other car repair shops. I find some communicate better than others. They have a great robo system that updates your vehicles service with text messages so you don't have to call to see when your car will be ready.

This place is honest and accurate with their diagnostic procedures. The work is top quality and it was done quicker than expected. The manager gave me a discount which was very nice. I am bringing my car back to Pep Boys for all services from now on and I highly recommend them.

Went in for oil change, tire rotation, and new wipers. Also made a 10:00 appointment. Car was not done until after 2 pm. Glove compartment was on floor. They just left it like that. Wife was driving the next day out of town. Then several dashboard lights came on . Had to take it to out of town dealership for correction.

Ive been coming here for 14 years. It is unfortunate to see how the staff and service has dissipated. The employees are more worried about talking to their boyfriends outside than helping customers. They messed up my truck and I am in the process of speaking with upper level management about the event.

200K work done and great service as usual. My truck feels showroom new again. Master techs at Pepboys are always on target and with an awesome variety of parts on hand. It beats going to a smaller shop and have to wait for parts to arrive and get tour mechanic to come back to your vehicle from the alternate assigned while the parts were on order.

The front desk went way and beyond the call of duty to assist with a coupon I received through email. For some apparent reasons, the coupon would not register in their system. That's the reason for the four stars! Other people on your staff can cause great damage of bad image to cause your company to receive a terrible rating. The young man that performed my oil change returned my vehicle with dirt on the door, steering wheel and the light on the door socket was pulled out and hanging down on the door. The mileage sticker for the oil change was placed in the window not aligned. Almost though if the mechanic just threw the sticker in the window with not caring about his work ethics same as leaving stains in my car and light fixture hanging out of the socket on the side of the door. I thank the front desk staff for giving great service!
