I had a very bad experience at this Pep Boys. I paid $100 for a diagnostic, and when they opened my car, they refused to give it back to me when I came to pick it up. The employee was very rude and even told me that if I took my car, it would break down and nothing would work. They provided an incorrect diagnosis. This is especially disappointing because I've always trusted them for my car service. Now, I can't trust them anymore.

I've been to this location many times before but this time it was unexpectedly long to get oil change and tire rotation. I had made an appointment in advance for the when they opened that day. I was there prior to it opening, was first in the door. Apparently their online booking system isn't incorporated into their phone in bookings as I overheard them tell that to another customer that had made an online appointment.

I arrived early for my noon appointment and was told someone else also had a noon appointment and I'd have to wait 30-40 minutes. I waited 90 minutes before they started work on my car. The oil change and tire rotation took another hour. The work was fine, but I missed a board meeting as a result. Not overly happy about that.

Went in for clicking noise on passenger side. With an alignment. They did alignment and didnt fix clicking noise. Drove car still pulled to the right. Been to 2 pepboys one guy said it needed strut mounts. I told the pepboys in hesperia and they did nothing. Paid 152.00 dollars and the car still pulls and clicks. Want my money back. Not satisfied

New tires were needed and so they were replaced with an alignment, also the air conditioner was not working so that also was fixed for the time being. The whole system needs to be replaced eventually but should last another season or so.
