RIP OFF TRY TO PLAY ME LIKE A FIDDLE. WENT IN FOR AN INSPECTION AND FOUR NEW TIRES. I GET A CALL SAYING MY STRUT IS BLOWN OUT IN THE FRONT. SO I ASKED THE QUESTION IF MY STRUT WAS BLOWN OUT WHY WOULD YOU PERFORM AN ALIGNMENT. SHE REPLIED THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH AN ALIGNMENT. IT HAS EVERYTHING TO DO WITH AN ALIGNMENT IT'S PART OF YOUR SUSPENSION. SO UNPROFESSIONAL ANYTHING TO MAKE A DOLLAR. THEY ARE THE WORST. NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!

Loved the service . Went in for an oil change and received a complimentary maintenance inspection. I just didn't like that I was in a rush and was there for 2 hrs with an appointment. . Glad I had a coupon because it would have been expensive. The lady at the front was very helpful . She told me about the $40 off coupon and had one for me to use

the tires I wanted were in stock and on sale. I was able to make my appointment same day. They advised a two hr wait, and I was there just over 2 hrs. They did everything as I asked. They have a waiting area and wifi. I was able to work while I was there. Staff was polite and respectful.

The the service was good, however I scheduled an appointment for 10am there is absolutely no reason why I didn't get my vehicle back until after 6pm. That's more than obsurd. This place needs to work on their time managing.

Had an 1030 appointment to get brakes and rotors they do brake checks free of charge. I was out by the time they said I should be 12:15. They also had a coupon for me to use that was $104 my off my total that helped out a lot. I will be returning.

I went for an oil change. They drained both my oil and transmission fluid. They filled the oil and not the transmission fluid. I did not get far when the car started jerking and barely moving. I was able to get back to Pep Boys where they refilled the transmission fluid. I will NEVER go to another Pep Boys ever again.

Thankfully I was able to get service right away without an appointment. A really fowl odor has been coming from my vents. The rep suggested replacing the engine filter which I agreed to have done. Unfortunately I'm still smelling some odor. I also had a nail in my tire which was repaired.

We called the Pep boys call center who scheduled us for service at the Glenolden Pep boys location she was very nice and pleasant over the phone and made us feel comfortable that our service appointment was confirmed but when we got to the Glenoldon location the service rep at the desk told us that he did not see a scheduled appointment for us which caused confusion so in order for customers to avoid being disappointed when they gets to the service center there should be some sort of confirmation between the call center rep and the Glenolden service center rep

They put a tire on my car. I'm happy about that . But the man said to me he had to jump my car to start & I should look into buying a batter. I had no trouble ever starting my car the battery is not that old & my car starts right up all the time I asked for a price I was giving a price just under 400,00 I don't believe My car needed a jump. That is what bothered me about Pepboys telling me my car needed a jump with my batter is only @ 2-3 years old with my car always starting right up. I recommend on putting a tire & balancing no problem there.
