Terrible experience, my car was driving 70 percent ok, i had alignment issues with the car. They told me that they have discovered why I'm having alignment problem, I went and got the door arms from dealer. I asked the manager are you sure this is the problem, he said yes. As soon as I replace it that everything will be ok, I don't know the kind of nasty job they did. My car went from 70 percent good to 0000 bad . As they finished fixing it, they told me to drive the car around...... as soon as I moved the car for three minutes drive I came back & told them that my car is in worst position, they rescheduled me to bring it after three days. I brought it back after three days, the next thing they did was to switch to my rack& pinion steering. I took my car back to Acura dealership, after inspection they told me that nothing is wrong with my rack & pinion steering.

Truck got a flat tire. They towed it quickly. But then told us it was sidewall pinhead leak that could not be repaired (correct) but would not work with us to replace only two tires but wanted to do all 4 in addition to not being able to locate the lug nut open key in the vehicle. Said they needed to buy a special key just to remove the tires. Quoted $1300+ to replace all tires and tear out the locks. We had it fixed elsewhere. And the lug nuts are all original. Will never go back there again.

Had my vehicle in for service and to address an issue with the left front wheel area. Not only did Dustin try to sell me 4 new tires and an alignment, but he said the noise was from just rust on the rotors and they pulled the backing plate back a little. Next day while driving on the highway at about 75mph, my car started vibrating badly. Pulled over and I find out I'm missing 2 lug nuts and 1 of the studs broke off! My front wheel was literally about to come off! Had to call AAA to come and it was on Thanksgiving Day! Needless to say I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed, they put my family's life in jeopardy!
