Carlos service attended was very negative right off the start about damaged done to engine due to ac shut off from over heating without doing the diagnostic not what paying customers want to hear also diagnosis statement actually said sell customer an engine diagnosis looks like just trying to sell things you don't really need just out to make money & not look out for thr customers terrible service not returning or referring. Vehicle underwent a state inspection that took an excessive hour and a half. Then I wasn't notified when the inspection was complete. I found out when I walked to the parking area and found my car sitting there. No other state inspections were being performed when my vehicle was dropped off.

Never looked at my tire. Mentioned there was nothing wrong they could find. Had them check again and while I watched them they were able to find the problem. Didn't do any work while I wasn't looking.

Went well . Kind of stupid for the tint safety issues . This is a first for el paso . Dallas don't check nor require that. Cuz that's not part of the safety for the vehicle performance.

I walk in to a professional greeting the get the work done well within the estimated time and if they run into any issues during their inspection they let you know right away, they are honest about the severity and give you a quote right then and there.

When I went to pick up my car from the Inspection my keys were on top of the desk right on the entrance with no supervision from someone and they didnt tell me how the service went. Just grabbed my keys and hand them to me and left inside where they work on the cars. Not happy at all
