I went for tire rotation & alignment. The alignment is still off & they did not rotate the tires. I know this because I put a small mark on all to see where they move them to & they are still in the same places they were when I first brought the car in. I will go to a different shop to get my alignment done since I got the 30 day one.

There was no communication and it took over a month to fix my car. I didn't mind the wait time, the lack of communication was my problem. If they communicated that they couldn't do the repair, I would have gone elsewhere instead of waiting as long as I did. The lack of loaner car was a problem as well. I had to pay for a rental for over a month.

They were incredibly uncoordinated. At first they didn't even know they had my car or why they had it then told me that they couldn't work on European cars then came back several days later and said they knew exactly what they needed to do and wanted $2000 for it. Once you tell me that you didn't touch the car because you didn't know where to start I'm not going to pay you to touch it more.

Having an appointment, I hoped would speed things up. 2:30 and I was there till just about 5. I used the online appointment making and wished I'd called. Hopefully they would have mentioned they only have 2 technicians on Sunday. I could have waited to Monday and maybe it wouldn't have taken so long to just replace a tire. I haven't bought tires in a while so was stunned at the cost for 1. They were kind and helpful so that was good.

The techs were amazing. I was told exactly what and why - in detail was wrong - and how it needed to be fixed. I was given an exact amount my bill would be - the time my car would be ready ( and it was right on!) Best if all, I was given a military or senior discount, which lowered my cost. I live out of town - but you can be sure my vehicle will be at this facility when future needs call for it.

Horrible customer service experience. Was not treated fairly being a woman and also were not wearing masks and not following protocols in Colorado. Filed a formal complaint with manager and pep boys corporate and wasnt handled the best way in my opinion. Will never to back as I have always have not been treated fairly at pep boys.

They fixed my tire very quickly and as I drive for Uber/Lyft and every minute not on the road counts, that was very appreciated. The only thing was that the tire pressure in the tire that was fixed was substantially higher and I had to come back and have them adjust it. Now it is much lower. As I'm getting a maintenance done at the dealer this coming weekend, I can get them all at the same levels.

Always have a great service check here. I thought I just needed front brake pads replaced and after a few free technician checks. I needed all rear drums and shoes replaced. Turns out the back brakes were basically gone. Yikes! They were honest and did a great job!
