Tell me I'm missing a very dangerous bolt with my brakes, and didn't try to fix the problem but let me out the shop with the bolt missing
There was a shop fee of $36 OT that was never explained.

I had went to another place before going to Prep Boys. They told me it was going to be several hours before they could get to my vehicle. Went to Prep Boys and was told 45 minutes. It probably was close to and hour but it was worth the wait. Got tire fixed for a reasonable price. I would recommend Prep Boys.

Had 4 new tires mounted. Price was reasonable and service was quick and efficient. Our mechanic called Mr. T was very pleasant and explained the process.
The waiting facility was bare minimum. It did have a large window so one could look into the service area and see what was being done.

Every time I go get my vehicle service at this location the people there are so kind especially the front desk receptionist name Ray. He always make sure I get the $20 discount from the app as well. They always seem to take the time to do it right I love going there and so does my vehicle lol

Pep Boys did a phenomenal job in diagnosing and fixing the issue I had which was Front Driver Wheel Bearing.The Tech test drove to hear the grumbles from the tire.He managed to install and have my car back to me before the store closed.Charlotte then sent a Lyft to pick me up from my Brother's house.Phenemenal all around service.Definitely recommend
