My appointment was 8am. Pepboys didn't open the door until 8:05. Since my car was there the first time they had to go out to the parking lot and collect the license # and vin. My check in process was over 10 minutes. I felt bad for the ppl behind me. Only 1 person checking in ppl. The Pepboys employee was polite and knowledgeable. I left around 10am with oil change, tire rotation and rear brake pad done.

You were supposed to check my alignment. Told Me It Would Be Hours Because 4 cars ahead of me. Long story short NO alignment, just a tire rotation and you put the wrong miles. THAT JUST TELLS ME YOU NEVER CHECKED MY CAR OUT. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN THIS LAST VIST. TO TOP IT OFF YOU GAVE ME SOMEONE ELSES PAPERWORK TO THEIR CAR AND NOT MINE. ONLY TELLING ME WHOEVER CLAIMED TO DO MY ALIGNMENT LIED.....

The service started out as a 5 star for friendly service and quickly checking the problem for free and being honest about the repair needed. Dropped to 1 star when they tried to charge us $65 in labor to screw in one missing caliper pin. Back up to 4 stars when the manager Larry waived the ridiculous fee without hassle or argument.
