The female manager was very courteous and considerate. It was getting close to closing time and she assured me that my set of tires will be installed. I was waiting for over 2 hours to get them installed. The only reason why I was patient was because of the sale on the tires ans free installation. The only thing that didn't reset was the TPMS. I had tried to reset it but wasn't resetting. I have to take it back to get it serviced.

Going there, I knew I'd overpay, but I was hoping they'd fix the brake problem. They didn't, but they lied about what else needed replacing and tried to make it seem better than it was. They have no clue what they're doing. The front desk staff is clueless, lies, and thinks anyone who comes in with a problem is clueless and can be bullied. I don't recommend this place to anyone, and I will never go there again.

They use the mfr guidelines to con you into getting work done that you may not need. My car is a 22 with 57000 miles. I bought it through Carmax with 50000. Carmax cleaned the car inside and out. Put in a new battery, spark plugs. Rotate the tires. In other words everything. I brought the car to pepboys for an inspection. They told me I needed $2500 worth of work. No way!!!!!

They had my car for a week before it was even checked. Then i picked my car up & within hours it broke down again with them claiming thay dont know whats wrong. Then they were going to charge me over 1K to "fix the issue" I took it to another shop & it was fixed for way less and turns out it wasn't even what they had said it was.

I had a fantastic experience thanks to Carlos, who was both helpful and knowledgeable. I purchased four new tires, and they sound and feel great! The only drawback was the time it took; if you could reduce the wait to 45 minutes, you'd be unbeatable. Overall, it's a great place to do business!

Delivered on time. They are busy there so i would plan on leaving the vehicle and returning once completed. New automatic updates on progress are helpful. Price was as agreed and much lower than doing this at the dealership. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Customer service was nonexistent at this location. It took almost two hours for them to do my inspection and when I asked the technician questions, he dismissed me and walked away. Go anywhere but here to service your vehicle.

I asked for an ac system evac and Pep Boys charged me for a diagnostic and recharge. They were willing to work down the price, but it's still way to much for a simple system evac, which is free at other shops.
