Appt was booked for a Friday for a simple oil change. I turned up and was told someone had called in sick and I needed to rebook. I booked in the following Sunday at 10am. I got there at 9.50am and left the vehicle and was told 2 hrs it would be ready. I went back at 1.30 pm and it was still not ready. 2.15pm the vehicle was ready. Literally no point making appointments

Went to the one on Montclair a week earlier and was told my tires were fine and I was safe to travel. Tires continued loosing air so went to this store and they found nails in both tires and in fact had to replace an entire tire. Very pleased with my service as compared to Montclair location and telling me my tire was not compromised. Thank you.

Window was going to cost us $900 on a 2003 vehicle. PepBoys did not ask about used parts. Assistant manager was rude and short in explanations and answers to questions. Also had a headlight replaced, returned it because it was not working, then was told it was an electrical problem just a couple of weeks later. Not happy with management. Will be finding another service provider.

I purchased replacement tires. The service included installation and balancing. Two of the four tires were under inflated and at least one is not balanced. The manager went out of his way to work with the tire manufacturer to get warranty coverage for me.
