I had a wheel alignment done at Pep Boy in Doraville. However, I ended up paying a hefty $171.70, which was significantly higher than I expected. I felt like I'd been ripped off. I made excuses for this and that, and decided to never go there again.

It took just about 2 hours to have a set of pre purchase tires mounted to my car. The online price for the mounting and balance was not what was presented at check out. I was told the online price was mis represented by the site and could not be honored. Overall I have no complaints about the work performed but I still have no plans to return to Pep Boys

Ok, but they did work that was not authorized, just to get more money. Only the alternator was to be installed, but they did an oil change that was not authorized.

Had to take my car to J&C collision center the day after because once I left pepboys my right passenger wheel started making a noise turns out I had to replace the wheel bearing surprisingly from the only wheel pepboys tech had removed.
