The staff at Pep Boys were great and the quality of the work was top notch. My issue is with the online scheduling. I chose an appointment for 10 am. I received an email confirming the time. I arrived as was told that the earliest my car would be taken in was 11:30 am. I inquired as to why, since I had a reservation and it appears that the system will accept and confirm reservations despite the fact that the location may not be able to service you at the confirmed time. Suggest either adding a disclaimer or fixing the system so it is more accirate.
