Service was done in a timely manner, and Ken went over everything that was done, and pointed out issues I should be aware of going forward. Very pleasant interaction.

I purchased the tire from Penske Honda and it is still under warranty He contacted the Bridgestone company and resort have my damaged tire replaced. I bought a used vehicle from them and never again. The communication skills of numerous staff members was horrible. They said a test drive on the freeway was against dealership policy. Yet you cannot return the car once you drive it off the lot. There are not enough characters remaining to list all my complaints.

Fred was attentive and listen to why I came. He even offered a car wash which made things all that much better. I do like the tie I spent there in Ontario Honda. Kinda wish the mechanics come out to talk to us customers directly vs going thru a 3rd person like the service agent.

Bad experience. Advisor didn't listen to reason for appt. (Brakes) and waited 4hrs on a slow day for a diagnosis I didn't ask for just to be told nothing has been done to my car. Then it was going to be another 45 mins for my brakes which is the purpose of the appt.

I was also purchasing tires from Honda as we were close to needing and would sooner get everything done at one place and price was pretty good but they were missing one tire and I had a tight schedule so they loaned me a car to take care of my schedule and i went back the next morning and everything was ready at 7:00am for me.

The Service Advisor, Derek, was awesome in explaning all that needed to be completed, how it became that way, and length of time to return my vehicle in good order. When you pull up they discuss all your options that you're coming for and no need to go to the desk. They service you for an iPad. Everything's pretty smooth and simple Appointment is supposed to be faster. I was there approximately one hour for an oil change.

Honest service advisor. Understand the value of your money, applied on going service promotion without asking him. They earned my trust again because of their service advisors especially to Fred Wilson. Please take care of your service advisor. I hope Fred get some incentives of doing your job. I cannot forget what you did to my car, busted bulb replaced without charging me. I didn't asked for that to be replace but they did.

I went in to check on a window channel and to get some primer spots touched up. I have to return to meet with the body shop specialist to do the touch ups but the techs weren't able to find an issue with the window channel. I'll have to live with the air noise seeping through the cracks.

The next day, my battery died. I was informed that my battery had been tested, but it was not. It was actually corroded with acid. At the very least, I expect the services you claim to have performed to be completed as stated in the service report. I will be taking my business elsewhere, as I no longer trust Penske to do the job I am paying them for!
