Started off rocky, had an appointment to get a key made. The day I arrived for my appointment someone "sold" my key the night b4 so I had to wait a few more days. As a disabled person its alot sometime to get dressed and make early appointment. Service manager heard my concerns and made the next appointment a much better experience.

Made an appointment for tires for a week later. Get there and they say they dont have the tires on stock. Though I spoke to someone who said it will take about 3 days for the tires to come. Guess he never ordered them. Wasted my time coming and still driving on bad tires. Need some type of discount for the inconvenience.

They got the vehicle in for service quickly and diagnosed the problem right away. The part took a day or so to get it but after they had the part they completed the part right away. The only concern i had was I had to bring it up to them that the vehicle had a GM extended warranty that covered the repair minus the deductible. I would have thought that would have been in the vehicles records? Great service other than that.
