I was pleased they could get me in the same day, but the tires weren't actually checked, and it was discovered a week later, with another low tire indicator, when I took it back, that there had been a nail in one of the tires.

Prompt friendly service. Communication was good and the experience was a good one. Checklist showed all service work that was done. They reminded me that I had purchased a plan to rotate the tires free of charge. Always a welcoming atmosphere and the folks there are always willing to take the time to discuss any questions I have.

We had a leaking tire on our truck. We found Penners and they got us in the shop right away. Even thought they we noticeably busy. Found the problem and repaired it quickly. They even double checked the pressures on the other tires. Very good service.
