My experience with Peltier Ford was awful. They did not notify me that my repairs would be more than what my warranty paid and they took it upon themselves to repair my vehicle without notifying me of the additional cost and I was surprised when I went to pick up my car. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

Went in for an oil change, vacation check and A/C check b/c it blew out hot air. A/C took 2 weeks to diagnose! Peltier estimated cost of repairs at $6k! Unbelievable and unaffordable. Took car to another garage for repair and cost was $2500! Big difference! I have trusted the Peltier name for many years but this interaction has caused doubts. Robert Peltier needs to make a visit.

My check in and check out were flawless. Man was super friendly and helpful. I wasn't happy with the inspection process- they told me battery was bad and wipers were as well. We just had it serviced and checked 2 days prior with no issues with either. Had battery checked again elsewhere- Nada, perfectly fine. Dont try to sell services that aren't needed.

Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was taken care of from being greeted and taken care of the moment I arrived. Left my car there and shuttle brought me to work. I was updated on any additional work that needed to get done per my multi point inspection. Service advisor, Crystal, explained all recommendations and charges, to avoid any surprises. I will definitely be back.

Text with salesman that refused to say their name. Asking about a king ranch f250 they have in stock. Whoever they were, they were not helpful and pretty rude I asked to make sure there was no dealer markup. Sure enough they have a "mandatory" 2495$ on every vehicle. Even when it's in transit they add this markup. Would not recommend going here. Go somewhere, honest and fair.

I would recommend they included the extended warranty into the before conversions. So you can know what price to debate. I was asked if I could stand to pay 505 a month and I said that's the most i could pay. Go to talk to finance department and with extended warranties, I'm now paying 613.40 a month.

Peltier did not change the oil and filter and did not rotate tires. Peltier charged over $400 for diagnostics only and they were going to charge $3,900 for labor and parts for issues resulting from the inspection. Only when I found a lower quote from a reputable auto repair shop were they willing to reduce the inflated quote.

The young lady that took my truck in for oil change service was fantastic Very professional and informative. After I got my truck back and drove a hour and half home I looked under truck and there was oil covering the oil filter and had blown back on the surrounding area. I cleaned everything off , checked the oil level it was full and so far no more oil. Don't know what happened but was very upsetting being the trucks first oil change

Scheduling was a disaster and now I cannot get Peltier to return my phone call regarding use of my points and tire rotation. Won't be using them again unless they see this and call me ASAP.

Had a regular car battery replaced . The cost was $599. Parts and labor. The battery was $227 and the rest was labor and $55 dollar shop supplies. Bill originally was $701 until I questioned it , they took off 1/2 hour labor to bring it down to $599. Was not called with estimate only sent a video of maintenance items they recommend. Only called once by service advisor that was in morning when they couldn't find my keys.

Peltier kept my 2019 Escape 2 nights to diagnose the cause of my warning lights. On the third day, at an estimate of $1,800 that included two tires, I took my car to a mechanic at half the price! They kept my car three days and I was not informed prior to leaving my car with them that a diagnostic would cost over $200.00!! Extremely POOR customer service! They are not willing to work wih their customers.

They generated a list of recommended services at a cost of $1582 such as; change the power steering fluid $185, alignment $140, engine air filter $163.
