I left my car in for a oil change based on an email from Carfax that it was due. The customer service rep called me and advised me that it was not time for a change based on my mileage. They could have easily just changed the oil and I would have never known it wasn't needed. I will continue to do business with them and let others know how honest they are.

Brandon gave good service and helped with my tire selection. Wrong tires were shipped from Distributor. Replaced next day. Thursday is our beach day and we had our golf clubs and floats in the car we that was being serviced. Brandon had the clubs out and transferred to our other car.

Tires were ordered and arrived in short order, install scheduled for two days later, all went well except for one out of twenty lug bolts were available and installed; the last bolt was ordered and will be installed soon. All in all this was a good experience and I like doing business with PELC.

We were able to get the oil changed and found out we needed new tires just before a long distance trip. There was hardly any tread left. They were able to get us fixed up and ready to roll in an afternoon. It was more expensive than expected, but the warranty was great.

I had a tire that was going flat. My day was very rushed with an ill 92 yr. old Mom and taking her to numerous doctors, x-ray, etc. appointments. They were very busy but gave my tire the air it needed to keep me going that day and I came back early the next morning, and they found my leak and repaired it. All with smiles, politeness and care. Highly recommend.

I went in to the shop without an appointment having experienced several weeks of air conditioner malfunction. They got me in, diagnose the problem, fix the problem and was out of the shop in less than two hours. The front and service managers are very experienced and courteous. It has now been about five days after the repair with no problems. The cost of repair was very reasonable.

Fairhope Tire Co. is the place to go for excellent service at a good price. I went in for alignment and wheel balancing when the technician discovered a bent wheel. They went to the extra effort of sending out the wheel for repairs and finished the job within a few hours. I will use them again when I need new tires or any other related service.

The car was worked on quickly (the parking lot was very full so we thought it would take much longer). They gave me the option of a lower cost repair - a higher cost would of fixed the issue but might have included unnecessary work - to try to see if it would resolve the problem. Fairhope Tire people are great. I had a leaking tire which, as it turned out, did not need repair. Although the shop was fairly busy, they took my car in right away and I had it back in about 15 minutes, and they didn't charge me anything!. I have bought tires from them in the past and will do so again in the future.
