Tried to sell me parts that were not needed. Wanted $1400 for repairs that were done at a local shop for $40. Charged a service fee for diagnosing a problem that the manufacture told them was an issue that the manufacturer knew to be the issue before. Yet they still charge for diagnosing nothing. Very poor customer service.

Showed up asking how long for oil change. Told 1 1/2 hours so I waited in customer lounge. At the 2 hour mark, I walked back and asked status. Then I was told that my oil pan screw was buggered and needed a new one which would be overnighted from Ft Worth. Sent away in a loaner, 2025 model, much less truck than mine that was filthy inside and out (even though I appreciated it, how do you not have spare bolts) Returned the next morning to get my truck and was charged a mere $13 for the bolt. I had taken this truck, that I bought from Pegasus back to them every single oil change except one out of the several times. And they felt they needed me to foot the bill for the plug. It's not the money, it's the process. How long would I have been had there had I not asked how much longer? Wasn't that busy and never approached me on the issue until I asked and they immediately responded with the issue. I was trying to pay privilege to the place I bought it from but won't be back. Why don't they keep items on hand in the shop to repair something that simple? Just won't go back as I've never been impressed with the service department
