The Service Department was awesome Jason and the other guys made me feel welcoming. It hard for me to be there because of a situation that happened to me. And that is how I met the Pegasus family. I am glad to be part of the family from the sales department (Mr. Billy), financial department to the service department. I will keep traveling 45 mins to an hour for the good services than 15 mins down the road. I'm Pegasus customer for life.

Not all their fault, but it took two and a half months and $4,000 just in seals (4400 in labor) to fix a tiny oil leak (under the head) on a Ecodiesel, 2021, however when I got it back it was leaking way worse from the oil pan then the original leak. And I can tell it was the first time he'd ever taken a EcoDiesel that far down and put it back together. Needless to say I got rid of it.

The whole crew at Pegasus was over the top. I had a bit of an emergency and they we very empathetic and came to the rescue. Their technicians and service advisors were extremely knowledgeable and they were able to get me back on the road right away.

Been there four times they screwed my service up all four times first time left oil filter loose and oil spilled in my garage second time did not replace cabin air filter third time left oil plug loose and oil spilled in my garage again and I should have driven it until motor blew up fourth time had appointment for oil change at 0900 am and it took over tw hours to change oil so I don't think I'll be coming back!

Worst service i have ever experienced. Couldn't get ahold of anyone to update me on the status of my vehicle, and when I did they would give misinformation. They had my vehicle for over two weeks, and then I was told that chevy mechanics were working on my dodge! Do Not go to Pegasus.

They keep my car for six weeks while waiting for a part. Told me that if I took the car back that they would cancel the part order even though they didn't know when it would arrive. When the part was installed it did not fix the issue even after telling me it was repaired.

I had no idea it was $400 for a diesel oil change on a Jeep. $24/quart is highway robbery. I was in a pinch so it is what it is. Also 115 for the filter when I priced it for $70 at oreillys They failed to clean the oil off the top side of my aftermarket skid plates so now I have oil stains on my driveway I need to try and remove as well.
