Service manager and technicians did a great job, performed the needed services and inspections, and documented and video recorded their findings. They were also very neat and clean in performing their services. My family has done business with Pedersen Toyota for over 20 years and are pleased with them.

It took a couple weeks to get in for service. When I arrived I did not know they had a person assigned to my car. So that was confusing. Then we were told a price for the repair and then changed the price. I was never informed that if you paid with a debt card you saved 3%. I never carry my debt card. I am looking for a reliable company to service my car.

Overall, the worst service received at Pedersen since going there for years. I dropped vehicle off early and was told by the rep it would be ready in 90-120 min. However, after 3hours and no communication, I called a vehicle was still not ready. I finally returned to dealership after 4 hours and vehicle was almost ready. Then, I had to pay for service without ever being shown service report first.

Always friendly, answer all questions and review all services and equipment prior to work. I was kept updated and the work was done in an hour. Outstanding service and Tanner was the best. It was the first day on a new computer system and there were no glitches. Congrats!

The only thing that would make it a five-star is that I think the guy who checked me in/out could have had a bit more coffee at 7:30am. Believe his name was Bob. He was friendly enough but could have been a bit friendlier. Seemed a bit "morning grumpy."

They're pricing is better than any quick lube. There's always a week or two wait to get scheduled, but the savings make it worth it. Three stars because I went into the service knowing I had a CV axle joint with a blown boot in and they did not note it in the multipoint inspection.
