Left one of the screws to the air cleaner cover off. Luckily it managed to stay on the plastic just above the headlight on the ride home so I didn't have to buy one. Second time this has happened. First time they failed to replace 2 of them which I had to purchase because they were lost.

Tire was fixed, got it in and out pretty quick. Filter was a potential issue but instead of pushing replacing it, said "next oil change get it changed". Good customer service on that! Was under road hazard since bought the tire from them. They didn't realize it and wanted to bill me until i pointed this out was only minor headache. Soon as I said it they took care of it, just didn't realize it.

They found the problem and fixed it. (Hopefully. Time will tell lol) The only thing was they were already gone when I picked up the car. I would have like to have talked to them. Also when I started the car it immediately showed a low tire of only 22 psi. They could have put some air in it, but oh well

It would be higher but technician who rotated tires failed to check air pressure. The reason I know is that two weeks ago, I had at tire repaired that acquired a nail. The tire was overinflated. When I brought the Envision to be serviced, I mentioned that fact. The tire was moved from front-to-rear. But no check of pressure. That is a safety issue. I love the people at Pearl Motors but this is a basic issue that should not have occurred.

We cannot say enough good about Pearl Motor Co. We were on a trip West with our camper and 2 dogs when our truck started vibrating and shaking while driving on I 70 in Missouri. We googled GMC service and Pearl Motor Co as well as others came up. We saw a sign for Mexico, Missouri close to where we pulled off. My husband called and spoke with Andy. He immediately said he would help us. He gave us directions, waited outside to direct us where to park as we needed to drop the camper in order for them to look at our truck. We had a broken belt in one tire. They were able to put 4 tires on our truck and we were on the road within 1 1/2 hrs. We are so grateful for this dealership and all involved. Anyone living in this area in need of a new vehicle, should purchase from this business. Thank you, Pearl Motor Co.
