The front office staff is knowledgeable about cars, friendly and nice. The car Mechanic who worked on my car was very honest to say that I did not need service at this time but found that my battery needed to be changed. I am very familiar with the automotive industry and related industries. This is a great business for automotive service and repairs. I never felt like I had to question the service or cost. 10 years ago I had a motor replaced because State Farm refused to acknowledge the motor was on fire and destroyed. I had PCAW find a motor and do a replacement. I still have the vehicle today. The office staff is also awesome.

I have an older (21 yr.) vehicle that has been tended to, but needed professional attention. Shay and her mechanics went over the car with an eye to keeping us on the road for quite a few more years and gave me written estimates so that it could be tackled in a couple of visits. Although this was only our first repair, my drive home was like driving a new car! Can't wait to have the balance of the work done!
