Would choose 0 stars Emergency brake engaged while driving at 70 mph. Had car towed to Peake. Could not find any problems. Brake engaged again. Towed to Peake again. This time found problem after several days. $6000 repair. Sales was supposed to call with loaner and specials for used cars. Never heard from anyone after several calls to Peake. Bought car from local dealer next day. Would never recommend Peake for anything

Fast efficient informative service. I love that I can make an appointment thru the app. Arrive at the service center, have someone meet me immediately and get updates on how my service is going. Waiting area is comfortable and the WiFi and snacks are a major plus. Overall great staff and very good experience every time.

I've received a service of rear brakes, 2/14. After the service the car still was squeaking when braking. I called several times and also left a voicemail and still have not heard from the dealership. Will not book future services at this particular location.

Horrible experience the last month, Service Advisor has nasty attitude, they tried to get me to replace parts that didn't need to be replaced, over charged me for a part, didn't run proper diagnosis, didn't take time to figure out the real issue with my vehicle. I would never visit this dealership again once I'm lot of my BMW.

I was very glad to know that the problem was caused by a factory recall part the starter, which was replaced in no charge. The dealer kept me well informed of everything that was in process while the car was in their possession and recommended changing the battery which was over five years old. We immediately agreed to that and we're very happy with the result. The car is back in service and in perfect condition.
