Pricey place and just found a mobile mechanic who is as referred and who is insured annd bonded and certified to do thousands of dollars of work for about $250 after I bought parts to do preventative maintenance and transmission work.
Always look for a mechanic your friends recommend. You'll save tens of thousands over the life of your vehicles.

Exo auto works wouldn't honor pricing on the Carmax repair pal website for replacing a battery. They tried to charge me $445 for a new battery. I told them don't touch it, only replace my starter under warranty. Turns out they were trying to scam me and I never needed a new battery at all. Autozone charges it for free.

Replace the transfer assembly fluid.

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. They are awful. I should of listened to my gut and walked away. They made my difficult life much more difficult. I'm now driving around a vehicle that sounds like it's falling apart. My car is in worse condition after the nightmare of dealing with them. I'm a single Mom and our lives literally depend on me having a vehicle. Don't ever take your vehicle to them. I wouldn't even trust them to change my oil. Awful awful people.
