My wife called me to tell me the oil pressure light was on. Knew that this was a problem. Called Paulie's, they were able to get the Tiguan in immediately. They changed the oil, did a check of all the basics and she was on her way. Nancy was very impressed with the courtesy, and professionalism of the staff. Service was outstanding.

They're always friendly, they get the job done quickly and let you know if there's anything you need to be aware of, such as brakes wearing down and maybe needing to be replaced in a few months. I appreciate that they don't try to sell you services that you don't need.

Paulie's is the only place I trust taking my VW vehicles. They are more knowledgeable than most dealerships around here, and also transparent! They will let you know what is going on, why they fixed it, and also not break your bank in the process. We all know that German made cars a little more expensive to take care of, but Paulie's make the brunt of that commitment easier to bear. Best service in Arkansas by far!

Great place to take your car for any sort of work Paul and his crew are very knowledgeable on all vw,Audi and Porsche as well as other makes. This is the only place I will ever take my Porsche to Paul and his crew is probably the best Audi vw Porsche mechanics in the state of Arkansas and people come from near and far just to have their vehicles worked on would give them 10 stars but it only went to 5 stars

Paulies is the most professional VW shop in Arkansas. Their technical expertise is second to none. Last time I went to the local "VW dealer", they would attempt to charge me for the "whole unit" compared to Paulies who would fix the "small issue / fuse replacement " at a fraction of the price.

DAG service was surprisingly cheap. I've serviced my car myself in the past and at the price I paid for this service this go around(felt lazy this time) I'll never do it myself again!! Parts and labor was almost the price of me buying just materials online. WORTH IT!!! Only folks I trust on my car!
