They called later in the day to let us know they didn't have the parts in stock. They ended up not having it ready for another 4 days, they didn't provide a loaner vehicle, and they never reached out to us to give an update.

Service was quick and efficient. Very nice waiting room, restrooms for their clients. The price was a little high. I had my 2022 Aviator serviced a week later just down the street and it cost me just a little more than half what I paid for the Ram. Although it does take more oil for the Ram. $137 vs $88. Other than the amount of oil used, everything else was about the same.

Once they got the vehicle "fixed" (check engine light was on because of cylinder misfiring issues), the check engine light came back on 5 days later. New vehicle bought from the dealership and only has 21k miles on.

The advisor told me that I had a leak, but when I asked him where the leak was, he said that the guy that found a leak was only an oil tank could tell me any more information about the leak. I just spent $6300 on the engine so I shouldn't have any leaks anywhere.
