I arrived a little early for my appointment.
They took me right in and told me it would be a few hours and they would call me when ready. I told the gentlemen that I would be waiting.
He said he would ask to put a rush on my repair.
They performed the repair and a complimentary recon in about1 1/2 hours.
Everyone was friendly and professional.

Great place to wait for your car. Unfortunately it took a little over 1.5 hours to get an inspection sticker. Every one was nice, got a free car wash.

Lou in service was great kept me informed all the time.Great guy to work with. The guy who put motor in truck was very helpful to. Gm is terrible for not having a motor faster know they have a lot of problems.

I was extremely pleased with this service. My previous dealer could not diagnose what was wrong. They were efficient, communicated with me very well, advised on what the problem might have messed up, and suggested having it cleaned so nothing will be damaged. In know way did I feel that they were trying to add work. I appreciated the advice, and it was not pushed on me at all.
I will return there for all my future needs.

Service department is just as good as the sales department. I compared service prices with 3 other chevy dealers and they have the best prices. Even though waiting is no cup of tea.I enjoyed reading the paper, drinking a Starbucks coffee and a donut form dunkin that was all complimentary. Love this carfax app too!

Had an appointment for the following day, went to drop off my car the evening before. The service staff asked if it would be easier if they just did the oil change now, I said yes absolutely. So, they made it happen. That is above and beyond and made things a lot more convenient for me as my work schedule is rough sometimes. 5 stars again for Paul masse EP.

Went in for a recall, my first time to the dealership. I was treated very well by the service reps, I only waited 20 minutes for the service. The waiting area was great, complimentary coffee and I got to visit the Corvette showroom which was interesting! Very satisfied with Paul Masse.
