I was there for a battery change and it took about 2 hours which I guess was not bad. The only thing I didn't appreciate was as I was asking John who works there a question he answered a phone call and totally dismissed me. I never got my question answered because he never got off the phone. It is a very busy service shop so don't expect the the attention.

For the very first time in 10 yrs wasn't satisfied with the service. I made an appt and took the car in. I was told 5 mechanics were out and the service would take a couple of days. That lasted for 10 days with no rental or loaner. I was stranded away from home staying with family. Thankfully they did send a car to pick me up when the car was ready. For that, I was very appreciative.

Because he has to keep the car overnight.Joe schedule me appointment at 2:30 and the guy in the front desk told me they do not take appointments at 2:30. So I had to come back the next day I live in West Babylon.
