Customer service lied to me.
Quote $1,198.00. I asked did he think it would take 8hrs he told me no 4hrs and said parts are $700.00.
Shop rate $150.00 hr.est.4 hours. I called auto zone and total for all 3 controllers $110.00 total with tax.. $34.00ea . Paul brown changed me $150.00 to turn on my car check the blower system actuator not opening. By pressing the control button and telling me all 3 need replaced at that same time. Ps. I told them on the phone the problem the had no parts ready called me back 31/2 hours later for a 5min inspection. Told me we can have the parts here tomorrow. I took my car back not repaired and purchased the parts from auto zone. Felt like I was being ripped off when he lied to my face. The shuttle driver was awesome very polite and accommodating. I had no cash to tip him but I plan on stopping in and giving him his tip. Sorry for the bad review 700%mark up on parts is a scam. Quote $700.00 parts cost

I have been taking my car to them for 3 years in that time I was never told of any work that needed to be done. It was a shock when I was told I needed over 1400.00 in work completed in order for my car to pass inspection.
