My wife brought our 2025 Trax in for the same problems that we've had since we bought the vehicle and still no issues fixed and when voicing concerns about the safety of the vehicle was told to leave the property and not return. Patriot GMC right down the road has helped us tremendously.

Liked: Everyone in the shop was great. Work done as planned with no surprises. Didn't like: When checking out, was told there would be a 3% upcharge if using a credit card. If I was told this up front I would have brought a check. I won't make this mistake again!

I asked for pictures of the damaged parts. Never received them and the part was gone with in a day of the repair so I couldn't look at it. But they were very friendly and helpful otherwise even providing my daughter with a loaner and helping to install the car seat. Payment plan is great.

This is the second time Patriot has rescued us. Our Traverse has had both transmission and starter problems over the past 10 years that left us stranded in Oklahoma. They got the job done but it took 2 tries and I went w/out the car for about 10 days while they Hemed and hawed about what it would take to complete repairs. A lot of stalling and excuses in my opinion. Would not want to have to use their services again

The experience was good and staff was friendly. I am going to have to take my car back on Monday and have them correct the tire pressure, as each tire is different and I can no longer track the gas mileage on the dash monitor. It was working before I took it in and now all I get is the tire pressure.
