Chris was very helpful, informative, and professional. The only thing I did not like was having to wait for an hour before they could take my car back, but he explained that the test equipment was currently in use that was required to test my battery and electrical system for potential warranty coverage. I had no problem with this, especially since my battery was fully covered for a warranty replacement.
