Had a check engine, and some other warning,ights pop up on the dash. We were heading north for Christmas. Stopped in to have it checked. They were busy,but were able to squeeze us into the schedule. They found , and repaired the issue. We're were able to get back on the road. They really saved our Christmas.

I have to admit the labor charge of around 500.00 dollars for the one hour really blew me away. My car was in for 30k service. Pretty outrageous. Probably find some else to service my car. Would not recommend getting your car serviced at your facility!!

It does not matter what I feel. Last time I wrote you that I was very unhappy about the added 3% if I pay with my credit card and you totally ignore my comments. I am happy with the service but not with the administration who does not care for their customers in this time of hardship for all.

Our service advisor was friendly and polite. The work scheduled to be done to my Outback only required a few minutes (replace A pillar trim), and because he knew my wife and I had no desire to spend hours at the dealership waiting, he bumped us up in line and we were out the door in less than an hour. This was MUCH appreciated.

Excellent! My car needed a new tire, however, the tire wasn't available the same day. I was going on vacation for 6 days and Parkway Subaru gave me a loner car for the entire time. I have owned many cars in my 78 years and this is the best service I have received from any dealership. George and Evan, in the service department are an asset to Parkway of Wilmington.

Got our vehicle back and discovered it had been significantly damaged in the rear panel of the trunk. (Along with glue residue from what appeared to be an attempted repair to cover this up). Our Svc advisor was unaware that the car had been damaged, but he has ordered new panel & painting etc.

Ver short wait. 8000-mile service was done in less than an hour. Maybe just me, but there should be better signage for first time users as to where the service entrance is. I had to go around the building twice before I noticed the sign above the door.

I like the car a lot. The salesman was very friendly, but didn't do what he said he would. So when I picked up the car, he had to get a temporary tag & call my insurance company. The day I signed to buy the car, I asked about plates & insurance. He said he would take care of that for me.

The whole experience was a nightmare. First when we showed up they didn't have a rental car. Then they had my car for 12 days no call to let me know anything. I had to call them and they never had an answer for me. I then show up to pick up my car 12 days later and I'm accused of smoking in the rental car. I don't smoke. The car still does the same thing so no I'm not happy.

Requested a state inspection but only did the safety update and did not get the state inspection form with my paperwork Had to make a second trip to dealer to get the state inspection form so I cold renew my registration. It required a second trip to DMV to get my registration as DMV said it had not been inspected

The employees in the service dept were wonderful as always. Eddie is very knowledgeable and focused on customer service.The waiting area is the best I've ever seen. Coffee, snacks, and television in every direction. It was the same next door when we owned a Subaru.

This is the dealership where I purchased my vehicle, and that process was top notch as has been every service visit, only normal expected routine service, that has followed the initial purchase. I love how warm and welcoming all the people at the dealership are, the quality of their service and the vehicle and MySubaru App. It all fits so seamlessly together and leaves me with a comforted feeling emotionally and mentally! ;)

I was a half hour esrly but they took me right in escorted me to the lounge waiting area and made sure I was comfortable till my vehicle was ready. When the car was finished the young man came and got me and said everything was good and I didn't need anything extra done in this visit.

We drove 45 miles to pick the car back up and within 30 seconds we knew the probelm.was not fixed. Had to leave it there. Then the found the problem. The problem was always there. So they wasted our time and gas whennthey should have fixed it right the first time.
