We offered to either refund your money or rotate the tires for you, and you chose to proceed with the refund. As we mentioned back in July, after reviewing the security footage and confirming that the technician did not rotate your tires, we took immediate action and terminated that employee. This does not reflect our standards, and we do not conduct business in that manner.

Very dissatisfied with the outcome of my recent service appointment on 7/20/25. I scheduled a 12:30pm appointment around my work schedule. Received a call @ 4:30 telling me the technician stated that my A/C was blowing hot air, which I mentioned to the advisor up front. I then asked about the status of my brake service, the advisor said they hadn't started on the vehicle. What is the purpose of scheduling an appointment if this will be the process. I was told they would do a walk -around A/C check? What is that? Why wasn't I given any options ( up front) for my AC next steps? I picked up my car just after 6pm. This is my 2nd Mazda Purchase at Parkway Mazda. I've been a customer since 2016.
Now I will have to find AC service elsewhere.Very disappointed. UltimatelyYou want to feel like you can count on and trust your dealership services.

I have no affiliation with this company besides taking my car to be serviced and what I can say is that the customer service is terrible. They are not very accommodating to the customer. The only individual I had an awesome rapport with was Brianna and I miss her tremendously but the other customer service reps are garbage. I don't like writing stuff like this but if someone don't speak up they will continue to do the bare minimum and expect high ratings. My 2020 KIA Soul was/is a money pit and trash car and they know it, that's another long story that I should've spoke out about.
