I had Nicholas S. as my advisor and he was great. My car was in the shop for two days for major repairs and the technician did an excellent job fixing the issue. Thanks to the extended warranty, I only had to pay the deductible. Overall, it was a smooth and professional experience.

The quality of service was good. However, I had to reiterate multiple times the time constraints I was under. I would get one person saying everything was good and then another would say they needed a couple of days.
Everything ended being done on time. Just required frequent redirecting.

Went in person, drove 115 mile round trip, was immediately taken care of by staff, got what I wanted, in a timely manner. Jerome was outstanding in service. I know, I'm in the service industry. Second kia bought at this store. Will buy my third here guaranteed.

We waited over 2 1/2 hours for an oil change, not informed about a needed repair and no information to go on. Our advisor went to lunch and left us sitting there. This was handled poorly and when call by manager I got an apology but never offered anything for my time or the lack of communication. Not the first time this has happened to us at this location.

I was treated very well. I knew in advance that the work would take a few hours, and chose to wait at the dealership, and so came prepared. They kept me constantly updated, and well informed. Based on my purchasing experience there, as well as my service experience there now, I am hoping to stay with Parkway Kia when my lease is up in a year and get into another vehicle with them.

like: My vehicle finally passed the problem with the failed inspection and the advice to drive 100 miles before re-inspection did result in the re-inspection plus finally my engine light is off.
Not like: Continued costs for resolving issues with my car are too expensive.

My salespeople were friendly & efficient 2.5 yrs ago. Now I have a great relationship with my Service Writer. She always takes my calls & answers my texts even on her day off. I can count on my appointments being timely & my car comes back clean. Fortunately, driving an EV, I only see the dealer every 5K miles for tire rotations. They take care of any software updates at that time.

A visit to Parkway is like a visit with family. Service personnel are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Work is done in an efficient and timely manner. Waiting area is comfortable and Uber service is provided if desired. I trust Parkway with all my auto needs.

It shouldn't take 4 hours to get an oil change and two new tires when you make an appointment. If thats the case, a vehicle should've been offered up front. Not after being there for 2.5 hours
